Bharatanatyam journey at the age of 8 under the guidance of Dr Chethana Radhakrishna P Min Mandya, Karnataka. She has successfully completed her Vidwath Examination conducted by the Karnataka State Secondary Board. Under Dr. Chethana Radhakrishna P M's tutelage, Guru Manasa made her debut performance (Arangetram) in 2004 and has continued to participate in various festivals & events across the country and abroad! Additionally, she holds a master’s degree in dance from Mysore University
Beyond her dedication to dance, Vidushi Manasa P is highly accomplished academically, with a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, a Master's degree in VLSI and Embedded Systems and a Doctorate degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Bangalore ‘Institute of Technology, a prestigious college in Bangalore. Guru Manasa skillfully combines new choreography with traditional elements, remaining faithful to the art's rich traditions while subtly pushing the boundaries of the Bharatanatyam repertoire. Her artistry has been showcased in numerous National and International dance festivals, reflecting her extensive experience and talent. Her students have achieved success at various levels in National Examinations administered by Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, Mumbai, as well as State-level Examinations conducted by the Karnataka State Secondary Board. She is the recipient of District Kannada Rajyothsava Award honored by Kannada Sahithya Parishath, Mandya. She was also honored by esteemed organizations like Delhi Kannada Sangha, Karavali Sangha, Chaithanya Balagha and many more.
She had the privilege of gracing numerous stages throughout her journey, and to emphasize a few, Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre in Colombo, Swamy Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies at Eastern University, Sri Lanka, Kempegowda Jayanthi - New Delhi , Ankura festival Yavanika – Bangalore, Nada Neerajanam, Tirumala – Tirupati, Mysorè Dasara Festival- Mysore, Chalukya Utsav Badami, Natyanjali- Chidambaram, Hampi Utsav and many more.
